Welcome to our home! We are new owners and are very interested in the comfort and enjoyment of your stay.

Even though we have not owned this condo for very long, we have visited the area many times and on this site we will share some of our favorite places to visit.

Destin West

Destin West has something for everyone. Try out the lazy river with the inner tubes provided, waterfall swimming pool, or the pool that is only for guests of the Osprey building. Also part of the resort, are two hot tubs and the pier and marina for your enjoyment.

The walkover bridge allows easy access to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico and the boardwalk restaurants with about a 10 to 15-minute walk.

406 Osprey

Our condo, 406 Osprey, is a three bedroom, two bath spacious condo located in the Osprey building of Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. The resort has several pools and a huge lazy river for your entertainment. The condo has two balconies with one wraparound looking over the lazy river and the Gulf. From there you can watch your family float around the lazy river, gaze into Chattahoochee Bay or look at the Gulf. The other with access from another bedroom has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The master bedroom has a smart TV with DVD player, large spa style bathroom with walk in tiled shower and jetted garden tub. The bedroom also has a over-sized chair with a twin pull out bed, king sized bed and a large walk in closet.

Second bedroom has a king sized bed, as well, with a large closet, smart TV and access to a full sized bathroom.

The third bedroom has a twin XL over queen bunk bed and the balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico that has chairs for you to enjoy the ocean breeze and beautiful view.

Living room has pull out queen sleeper and twin love seat, and is a perfect place to relax after a long day on the lazy river or the beach. Watching a movie or listening to your music with the Sonos system is a great way to finish the day. To use the Sonos sound bar, just download the app and make sure you are on the same WiFi network.
